A 21-month-old child in Kennett Township died after being beaten by an adult man, prosecutors say. Enrique Lopez-Gomez, 20, of West Grove, is charged with third-degree murder, involuntary manslaughter, and related counts, according to the Chester County District Attorney's Office.
