Jacob Bucher III Charged For Shooting At Harrisburg Police A man is out of the hospital and under arrest after both shooting at and being shot by Harrisburg police, the Dauphin County District Attorney's Office announced on Thursday evening, March 14.  The man shot has been identified as Jacob Bucher III and the details about what happened are a bit more detailed than what we originally reported based on statements from city officials.  It is now known that Bucher's van and Buche himself matched the description of a shooter and a van used in a shooting within the Harrisburg City limits on Wednesday.  Harrisburg City Police Corporal …
