Sheriff's Vehicle Strikes SUV Head-On Hospitalizing 2, Pennsylvania State Police Say A Cumberland County Sheriff's vehicle with lights and sirens was in a head-on crash while heading to a call – sending two people to the hospital, Pennsylvania State Police announced on Tuesday, April 16.
