Authorities originally said that Ralph Ennis "fell over" when deputies arrested him for reckless driving in Fort Royal, Virginia in April.  However, the video shows one deputy running up to Ennis and throwing him against Ennis' red pickup truck. Wanted PA Robber Leads Virginia Police On Chase, Ending When He Shoots Himself A Pennsylvania man who is wanted on a recent car theft and sexual assault led Virginia state police on a chase on Monday, according to Northern York County Regional Police. Dakota James Toms, 28, of Abbottstown, is wanted in Pennsylvania on various felony charges, as Daily Voice previously reported. Man Wanted In Florida Homicide Accused Of Killing PA Man, Police Say Police in West Manchester Township have identified the suspect and the victim in Tuesday's early-morning homicide. Robert Runkle, 65, was stabbed dead in his home at 4 North Gotwalt St., just before 7:30 a.m. Tuesday, March 30, police said. His body was found inside his home where he died from multiple apparent stab wounds, according to police. Virginia resident Brian K.
