PSP Harrisburg's Top 5 Most Wanted Fugitive Captured In Steelton: US Marshals A man featured in the Pennsylvania State Police Harrisburg's Top 5 Most Wanted Fugitive list in January  2024 has been captured by the US Marshals Fugitive Task Force, The US Marshals Service announced late on Feb. 21.  Ricky Jermaine Anderson, 44 of Steelton, was located by US Marshals with the assistance of the Steelton Police on Feb. 16, U.S. Marshal William Pugh detailed in Wednesday's release.  Anderson was found in the 100 block of Frank S. Undercover Cop Nabs Sex Offender In PA Child Prostitution Sting, Police Say A 62-year-old sex offender who thought he was chatting online with 12 and 14-year-old girls, was in for a surprise when he arranged to meet.  US Marshals Fugitive Task Force arrested Jeffrey Pettinato after he set up the meeting with the 14-year-old girl for Oct. 22 and paid her "money for her to perform sexual acts on him," the Derry Township police stated in a release on Nov. 7.  The 14-year-old girl was no child at all, but really an undercover police officer, the police explained in the release.
