Carlisle Man Stabs GF, Leads Troopers On Pursuit, State Police Say A 33-year-old Carlisle man stabbed his girlfriend, fled the scene, and led troopers on two pursuits, Pennsylvania State Police announced in a release on March 31, 2023. Jonathan Michael Lepperd stabbed his girlfriend at a home in the 4100 block of Enola Road in Upper Frankford Township 8:10 a.m., that morning, according to the release.  PSP Carlisle was called to the scene for the "domestic-related stabbing" as stated in the release.
