Videos Show PA Woman Mutilating, Torturing Animals
A Delaware County woman is facing charges for torturing animals in footage she shared online. Anigar Monsee, 28, of Upper Darby, mutilated and tortured the chickens, frogs, and bunnies, in footage shared to YouTube and other social media platforms, multiple news outlets including 6abc and NBC10. Monsee on Jan. 19 was charged with four counts of aggravated cruelty to animals by means of torture, court records show. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Feb. 5. The man accused of stabbing a 15-year-old boy dead has been arrested authorities in Delaware County announced on Wednesday. Missing Pennsylvania Man's Body Pulled From Marina: Reports
Authorities have called off the search for the Delaware County man who went missing on Christmas Eve and was found dead days later, various news reports say. Thomas Cortallessa's body was pulled from the Ridley Marina on Tuesday, Dec. 27 around 11 a.m., according to 6abc and CBS Philly. Upper Darby police on Dec. 24 asked for the public's help in finding 76-year-old Cortallessa, who they said was "last known to be driving his light blue 2013 Toyota Corolla." In an update on Facebook on Tuesday, Dec. 27, the department said it had found Cortallessa and his vehicle.

Search Launched For Missing Delco Woman, 22
Police in Delaware County have launched a search for a missing 22-year-old woman. Kayla Gibbs has gone missing from her Drexel Hill home, Upper Darby police said in a Monday, Sept. 19 Facebook post. She was last seen wearing black leggings, a black and white shirt, and black and white Crocs. Anyone with information is asked to contact Upper Darby police at 610-734-7693.

Newborn Baby In Bag Found Dead In Delaware County, News Reports Say
A newborn baby was found dead in a bag in Upper Darby last week, CBS News reports. The baby was discovered in the afternoon of Sept. 23 at the intersection of Patterson Avenue and Snowden Road, Upper Darby police said on Facebook Wednesday. A passerby reportedly found the infant's body in a trash bag on the sidewalk around 4 p.m, several news reports say. A Montgomery County man violated a protection of abuse order and stabbed his ex-girlfriend, whose body was found earlier this week near the Schuylkill River Trail, authorities announced Friday.
