77-Year-Old Pennsylvania Man Missing, Police Say (Updated) Update: The subject of this report has been located safely, Upper Chichester police said Thursday evening, April 25.  Authorities are searching for missing 77-year-old Paul Desmki of Ridley.  Police said they found Demski's car parked at Immaculate Heart Cemetery, 1701 Market Street, but can't locate him.  Anyone with information is asked to call Upper Chichester Police or dial 911.

PA Town's Mayor Was DUI In Crash: Police Upper Darby Mayor Barbarann Keffer was under the influence of alcohol when she crashed her car into a guardrail in Upper Chichester Thursday, Jan. 26, authorities said.  According to a criminal complaint obtained by Daily Voice, Upper Chichester police noticed a car that was driving with a flat tire and a busted headlight on Conchester Highway just after 9 p.m. The driver was bobbing between lanes when officers signaled for them to pull over, police wrote.  Officers approached the car and noticed fresh-looking damage to the front passenger side, per the charging documents.
