A 25-year-old man is accused of sexually assaulting a woman while she was "unconscious or unaware that penetration is occurring," court records show. Tristan Hanshaw "voluntarily surrendered" to police in Upper Allen Township, according to a release by the department on Friday, June 2, 2023. FBI Called To PA Apartment After DIY Fireworks Go Wrong
A Mechanicsburg man is facing a weapons of mass destruction charge after a failed attempt to make fireworks, say police. Johnathan Park, 33, was arrested after he attempted to make fireworks on his bed in his apartment in 500 block of Geneva Drive, according to police. Upper Allen Township police and fire were called to the apartment complex for reports of a burn victim around 1 a.m. on Wednesday. Harrisburg Woman Charged With Strangulation After Assaulting Woman In Cumberland County
A woman has been charged for strangling another woman during a fight on Monday, according to police in Upper Allen Township. Pamela Baumgartner, 29 of Harrisburg, assaulted a woman--strangling her-- and destroying property in the first block of Andes Drive around 5 p.m. Baumgartner fled the scene on foot but police issued a warrant for her arrest, and with the assistance of the Swatara Township Police she was apprehended.
