The stinky spill happened in the 8100 block of Molly Pitcher Highway North/US 11 in Southampton Township, Shippensburg around 11:30 a.m. on Sept. 13. The crash happened at the intersection of Prescott Drive and Kercher Avenue in North Lebanon Township, according to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation. A tractor-trailer rollover Monday has closed a major roadway in York County on Monday, August 22, police say. The rollover happened in the 5400 block of Mt. Pisgah Road in Lower Windsor Township at 1:20 p.m., area police say. The police are asking the public to avoid the area until the crash is cleared.
