A Lancaster man accused of breaking the leg of a victim in a tow truck lot earlier this month has been arrested after attacking officers, authorities say. A Chester County sheriff and deputy admitted to using county funds to pay employees for volunteer work, performed both on and off duty, at private charity events, authorities announced.
