'I Have A IED In My Car :-)' York Man Leaves Note At Lancaster Business: DA A York man is accused of leaving a serious threat at a business, the Lancaster County District Attorney's office announced on Tuesday, Dec. 20.  Pharohe Jahcovi Scott, 22 of the 400 block of South Albemarle Street, York, was spotted on security camera leaving a note reading “I have a IED in my car,” with a hand-drawn smiley face at Americold Logistics located at 3800 Hempland Road in Mountville, as stated in the DA's release.
