Scripps National Spelling Bee Gets Competitor From Central PA Middle School
A seventh-grade student won big over the weekend and now he's heading to a national competition! Akshaj Somisetty who studies at Mountain View Middle School in the Cumberland Valley School District was named the top speller of the 2024 Central PA Spelling Bee and will compete in Scripps National Spelling Bee, WITF announced Saturday evening.
