UPDATE: Alrick Delroy Manning Jr., 28, of State College, was taken into Pennsylvania State Police custody according to a tweet by Troopers Christopher Fox and Jacob Rhymestine at 6:17 p.m. on Thursday, March 16, 2023. ORIGINAL: Pennsylvania State Police have made a shelter-in-place order in Lewistown for the 100 block of Main Street in Menno Township.
