Tractor-Trailer Rollover Closes Major Roadway In York County (Developing) A tractor-trailer rollover Monday has closed a major roadway in York County on Monday, August 22, police say.  The rollover happened in the 5400 block of Mt. Pisgah Road in Lower Windsor Township at 1:20 p.m., area police say. The police are asking the public to avoid the area until the crash is cleared. Southbound drivers are advised to use Ducktown Road and northbound drivers should use East Prospect Road, as police request in the release.  Police and fire crews remained on the scene as of 3 p.m.  Follow Daily Voice for updates
