Pennsylvania Man Raped Friend's Young Sister More Than 100 Times, DA Says A 38-year-old Pennsylvania man has been charged with raping a young girl for six years, authorities said. The charges against Daniel Barnett, of Plymouth Township, were brought forward after the now 29-year-old victim told police she was raped by him more than 100 times beginning when she was 5 years old, Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin R. Steele said in a joint release.
