Enola Girl Driving When Man With Head Out Window Dies In Drug-Fueled Crash: State Police Allege A car full of teenagers supposedly on drugs and alcohol— one with his head out the window— crashed on Saturday, June 17, 2023, according to a Pennsylvania State Police release the following Tuesday.
