Man Arrested After Cat Found Shot In Neck In Millersburg, State Police Say (Update) A man has been arrested in connection with a feral cat who was shot in the neck in central Pennsylvania, authorities say in an updated release on Tuesday, Feb. 7.  The cat was found shot outside of 544 State State in Millersburg on Jan. 28 around 12:17 p.m., according to an earlier release by Pennsylvania state police the following Monday.  Alex Martin Yates, 31, of Elizabethville,  is now believed to have shot the animal "with a .177 caliber air rifle multiple times with the intent to harm the animal," according to the updated release.  Originally Troopers called …
