Fugitive Wanted For Fatal Shooting In Maryland Arrested For High-Speed Chase In Pennsylvania A 19-year-old man from Maryland who was wanted for murder is facing charges in both Pennsylvania and Maryland after fleeing from police. Tyliek Anthony Spence, of Waldorf was wanted by police in Maryland on a warrant for homicide issued by the Circuit Court for Charles County Maryland on July 23. Spence was originally arrested in March after being identified as one two suspects who shot and killed Daniel McClellan-Givens, 17, Nov. 3, 2020 in a parking lot in the 2000 block of Amber Leaf Place in Waldorf, Maryland.
