Central PA Family's Friend Charged With Sexually Assaulting Daughter, Police Say A central Pennsylvania family's friend has been charged in connection with sexually assaulting their daughter, according to police. Shippensburg Police Department received notification from Cumberland County Children and Youth Services that a 13-year-old girl had told the organization that she was sexually assaulted by a friend of the family, a release by police stated.
