Former Pennsylvania Nurse To Pay $90K To Patient He Secretly Filmed A Pennsylvania judge ordered a former Cumberland County emergency room nurse to pay $90,000 in damages to one of the 206 former patients he secretly filmed while naked and incapacitated, according to Fox43. Michael Bragg, 41, of Chambersburg, is being held in Franklin County Prison awaiting trial, according to a prior release from the attorney general’s office.
