New Details About Infant Found Dead On Pennsylvania Street: Coroner New information about an infant "suspiciously" found dead on a Pennsylvania street has been shared with Daily Voice by Fulton County Coroner Berley L. Souders on March 20.  The infant was found unresponsive at the intersection of Lincoln Way West/PA Route 16 and South Second Street in McConnellsburg at 8:45 a.m. on March 11, State Trooper Jacob Rhymestine detailed in the initial release.  The coroner's office was soon called and the infant was pronounced dead at the intersection at 8:55 a.m. on Monday. Richard E. Cowan, 69, of Chambersburg, drove his 2015 Ford Transit over the center turning lane in the 8100 block of US 30/Lincoln Way slamming head-on into a 2019 Hyundai Accent, driven Maura J. Brady Allen Couch, of Carlisle was driving his 1998 Nissan Altima at West Lisburn and South Old Stonehouse roads when he pulled into the intersection and was struck by a 2010 Chevy Silverado driven by Benjamin L.
