An 52-year-old employee at a retirement community broken into 12 homes, stole more than $30,000 worth of jewelry and pawned it, police announced on Monday, April 17, 2023. A 39-year-old Carlisle man shattered the plexiglass cell door at the Cumberland County Booking Center on Feb. 23, 2023, authorities say.
