A high-risk structure fire at a distillery in York County was called into emergency dispatch at 10:16 a.m. on Friday, March 17, 2023. It is now known that there was no fire or explosion as initially reported at Crostwater Distillery which is also home to KLYR Rum at Holy Water Distillery located at 506 Industrial Dr, Lewisberry, Fairview Township. PA Junkyard Owner 'Scammed People Out Of Their Hard Earned Money' Ordered To Pay $106K AG Says
A York County auto shop and junkyard has been ordered to pay $106,000 in restitution to customers, according to a release by the office of Pennsylvania Attorney General Josh Shapiro on Monday, Oct. 24. The owner and operator Emeka K. Oguejiofor of Progress Auto Salvage Inc., located at 964 Rossville Road in Lewisberry, was charged with violating Pennsylvania consumer protection laws. Police Locate Good Samaritan From RT. 11/15 Crash
Police have located the woman who assisted victims at the scene of the multi-vehicle crash on Route 11/15 in Enola on Tuesday say East Pennsboro Township police. The police wanted to speak with this good samaritan who was helping patients at the scene. The crash led to the death of Lee Potteiger, 58 of Lewisberry. Krystin Nycole Marchese, 33 of Lemoyne has been charged with murder and is being held without bail in the Cumberland County Prison. DUI Driver Who Caused Deadly Enola Crash Has History Of Traffic, Drug Offenses, Records Show
A Cumberland County woman has been charged with murder in a multi-vehicle crash Tuesday on Route 11/15 in Enola, police said. Krystin Nycole Marchese, 33 of Lemoyne, was under the influence of a controlled substance when she caused the four-car crash around noon near N. Enola Road and Susquehanna Avenue around 12:06 p.m., East Pennsboro police said. Lee Potteiger, of Lewisberry, was rushed to Penn State Holy Spirit Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
