Sorority & Fraternity Mourn Loss Of 27-Year-Old Brother Killed In Maryland Crash A 27-year-old Silver Spring who died in a crash in Howard County, is being mourned by members of Greek life at a college in Maryland. On Jan. 13, Rony Sibrian was behind the wheel of a 2002 Toyota Avalon heading south on Route 29 when he left the roadway, struck an embankment, and overturned around 5:05 p.m. in Laurel, county police said. Sibrian was rushed to a nearby, where he was pronounced dead. $1,500 Reward Offered For ID Of Howard County Bank Robber A $1,500 reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest of a Howard County bank robber. The robbery happened at Howard Bank on Baltimore National Pike in Ellicott City on Dec. 3, at 1 p.m., Howard County police said. A man approached the counter and told the clerk he had a weapon, then passed a note announcing a robbery was taking place and demanding cash, police said. After receiving the money the suspect fled and no one was injured.
