Woman Who Went On Racial Tirade At PA Pizzeria Facing Charges A 55-year-old woman who went on a racial tirade in a Montgomery County pizzeria is facing charges, authorities said. Rita Bellew, of Hatboro, has been charged with ethnic intimidation and harassment following her rant that went viral at Amy's Pizzeria on Feb. 23 in Hatboro last week, Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin R.
