Seventh Fire In 4 Years At Kensington Club Luxury Apartments In Lancaster Twp. Displaces 2 Two people are out of their home after the seventh fire in four years at the Kensington Club Luxury Apartments on Sunday night. Crews were called to the 600 block of Wyncroft Lane in the apartment complex shortly before 9 p.m., according to Lancaster Township Volunteer Fire Department Capt. Greg Leaman. The fire was under control by 9:30 p.m. but smoke wafted into neighboring apartments forcing residents to evacuate as crews vented the structures.
