SnapChat Connects 'Papa Doug' To Sexual Assaults At EMS Station, PA State Police Say
A former president of an emergency medical services ambulance company in Cumberland County has been suspended after an old clock and a SnapChat conversation connected him to the sexual assault of a teenager at the station, court documents obtained by Daily Voice detail.
