Philip Fry of the 1100 block of Oberlin Road, Middletown, Lower Swatara Township was arrested following a warranted search of his home. The search was conducted by the Derry Township Police Department Internet Crimes Against Children Investigators, along with Detectives from the Dauphin County Criminal Investigation Division.
