A recently sworn-in councilman has been charged for harassing an ex-girlfriend, according to a report by PennLive citing an affidavit of probable cause filed by Pennsylvania state police. A central Pennsylvania district judge's office has closed through the end of the year due to a mysterious and undisclosed incident, PennLive reports.
