Former Lebanon Co. Probationer Charged With 31 Sexual Offenses Against Children In LanCo.
A Manheim man with a criminal record in Lebanon County has been released on bail after being charged with 31 offenses in connection with the sexual abuse of children— whom he was the parent or guardian, court records show. Daniel Earl Edwards was arrested by Northern Lancaster County Regional police and detectives on Tuesday, Nov. 7, following criminal investigations by the Lancaster County district attorney's office, as well as child advocacy and child welfare agencies, according to the police department.
