Holbrook, 47, has been arrested, with the help of a SWAT team, after he broke into a home and violated a protection from abuse order in Fairview Township on June 23, 2023.  York County Emergency Management received a call to the domestic incident in the 500 block of Kellinger Road, Fairview Township at 7 a.m. and the area police arrived at the scene within five minutes, authorities explained.
