Trevor Binner of Palmyra was trapped in his vehicle when firefighters found his vehicle arrived in woods off Rountop Road around 12:45 p.m. Monday, police said. The Dauphin County Coroner's Office identified Binner after he was extricated between the Pennsylvania Turnpike and Route 283 in Londonderry Township.
