Central PA Man Charged With Aggravated Assault On Child Under 6-Years-Old: Authorities A 35-year-old man in central Pennsylvania has been charged with aggravated assault of a child less than six-years-old, authorities said. Joshua M. Velazquez, of East Petersberg, also endangered the welfare of the child, which is a third-degree felony, according to the Northern Lancaster County Regional Police Department. On Tuesday, April 5, he was arraigned on the charges and was being held in county jail in lieu of $150,000 bail, records show. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for May 24.
