State police are investigating the Lower Oxford Crash that sent an 8-year-old boy to the hospital on Monday, April 28, according to a release. A 76-year-old man has been arrested for killing his wife and daughter, the Chester County District Attorney’s Office and the Pennsylvania State Police Avondale announced on Friday afternoon. Philadelphia Man Raped Child, Chester County Court Finds
A Philadelphia man was convicted on multiple felony counts including rape and indecent assault of a child in a Chester County court on Wednesday, Feb. 28, authorities say. Gregory Shamberger, 59, first came under investigation in August 2021, Parkesburg police wrote in a release. Detectives said he sexually assaulted the victim multiple times. Chester County detectives assisted Parkesburg police in the investigation, the department said.
