An 18-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the rape of a woman, Pennsylvania State Police Lykens announced on Monday, Nov. 6. Chad Michael Sonnon of Ashland, Schuylkill County was arrested on Nov. 2 in connection with the assault of the 20-year-old woman the previous day in Millersburg, Dauphin County, court records show. The woman told the police that Sonnon was her best friend's boyfriend, according to court documents obtained by Daily Voice.
