Major Brush Fire Burns Across Three Central PA Counties Three Central Pennsylvania counties are battling a brush fire that started in York County, authorities say.  The first call to the fire at the intersection of Chain Saw Road and Green House Road in Franklin Township on Monday, March 27, 2023 at 11:33 a.m., according to emergency dispatch. Hershey Fire Crews Battle Brush, Boat Fire Along Swatara Creek Crews in Hershey battled a large brush fire along the banks of Swatara Creek on Sunday. Multiple fire crews were called--including boats from Hummelstown--to battle the blaze around 12 a.m. Monday morning. Here’s a video of what we’re up against.
