Details have been released about how a mom who was reported missing around 5 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 15 was found murdered approximately 36 hours later, according to a release by York City police. Amaris Morales-Berrios, 42 of York City, was found dead in the 1100 block of Priority Road around 5 a.m. on Jan. 17, city police explained. A man is in "critical condition" after he and two other men were shot early Saturday morning, York City Police said. Officers were called to the shooting in the 200 block of West Jackson Street at approximately 12:28 a.m. on Oct. 7. They arrived to find the three men suffering from gunshot wounds. A 20-year-old man who was wanted as the primary suspect in a homicide in York, has turned himself in, authorities announced on Friday, May 5, 2023. A 19-year-old barber and former high school football player has been identified as the victim of a "targeted" shooting earlier this week in York County, according to authorities and online records.
