Fresh Out Of Prison: Man Charged With Stalking Victim In Lancaster County, Police Say An Ephrata area man is back in police custody after authorities said he harassed a victim just after being released from jail.  Timothy E. Rinehults, 35, is also charged with stalking, said West Earl Township police.  Authorities said they were called to the Hilltop Mobile Home Village in Akron Borough on June 13. Arson: Landlord Breaks Into Tenant's Home Starting Fire, Police In Central PA Say A Central Pennsylvania landlord broke into a tenant's home and minutes after police cleared the scene he returned to set the home on fire, authorities explained in a release on Sunday, March 24.  Ronald Frisbee III, 28 of Akron Borough, broke into the home he rents out at 312 S 10th Street around 2:15 a.m. on Saturday, March 23, according to the West Earl Township Police Department. Teen Shot In Neck When Another Minor 'Mishandles' Gun In Central PA: Police A 16-year-old boy is recovering after being shot in the neck in central Pennsylvania on Saturday, Nov. 26, authorities say.  The teen was shot on High Street in Akron Borough around 4:16 p.m., according to West Earl Township police.  The unnamed boy was stabilized by EMS on the scene before being taken to Lancaster General hospital where "is still being treated by medical professionals from a gunshot gun to the neck, but is expected to make a full recovery," the police stated in an updated release on Tuesday, Nov. 29.  In the same update, the police explained "that the …
