Central PA Mom Charged With Felony For Not Reporting Infant Abuse: Police A central Pennsylvania mom has been charged with a felony for not reporting child abuse, according to police Aida Marie Dickson, 28, of Old York Road, New Cumberland, was arrested following a report of an abused 1-year-old by officials at Hershey Medical Center, according to a release by police. An investigation found Dickinson's 1-year old son was being physically abused in her home over a period of time-- which she admitted she knew about but did not report it to authorities, according to the release.
