14-Year-Old Girl, School Bus Driver Killed In Multi-Vehicle Crash On I-79, Coroner Says A 14-year-old girl and a school bus driver died in a multi-vehicle crash along Interstate 79 Tuesday afternoon, according to the Butler County coroner’s office. The school bus hit the back of a tractor-trailer while traveling north on I-19 near the Route 422 interchange, as reported by WPXI.
