18-Year-Old Will Donate Organs Following Deadly Strike By Maryland Driver In PA
A community had been rallying for York County teen Dylan Flickinger after he was struck by a Maryland driver and seriously hurt, but on Thursday, Oct. 27, he was pronounced deceased by the York County coroner's office, as stated in a release on Friday, Oct. 28.
The 18-year-old Hanover resident was hit by a 2008 Pontiac G6, that was driven by Kevin Shaeffer, of Westminster, Maryland, who remained on the scene at the 1000 block of Carlisle Street in Hanover, on Saturday, Oct. 22 at 9:11 p.m., according to area police.

20-Year-Old Killed, 3 Other National Guard Members Injured In Crash At Fort Indiantown Gap
A 20-year-old woman has died in a crash between two military vehicles at Fort Indiantown Gap on Saturday, Oct. 22, the Pennsylvania National Guard told Daily Voice.
Specialist Mackenzie "Mack" L. Shay, 20 of New Castle, was killed in the crash, according to Capt. Travis Mueller.
The three other service members who were hurt were taken to Hershey Medical Center and all have since been released.
Shay was a 92F, Army Petroleum Supply Specialist, assigned to the 28th Infantry Division’s Company G, 128th Brigade Support Battalion.

Chester County native and beloved uncle Stephen A. Koller died Friday, Oct. 7. He was 27 years old.
Koller, nicknamed "T-T," was born in Coatesville and was a graduate of Downingtown East High School, according to his obituary.
He lived in Exton, worked as a barista at Starbucks for six years, and was studying physical fitness and nutrition through the Arizona State University, family members said.
