Second Driver Dies After Wrong-Way Crash On PA Route 22 A second driver involved in the wrong-way crash on Route 22 in Bethlehem Township early this month has died, according to the Lehigh County Coroner.  Barry W. Fulton, 58, of Summit Hill, passed from multiple blunt force injuries on Sunday, Oct. 5, authorities said. Slate Belt Senior Pointed Gun At Neighbor, Police Claim A Northampton County man is accused of threatening his neighbor with a gun, say authorities.  Robert Overpeck Sr., 84, of Wind Gap, is charged with misdemeanor counts of terroristic threats, simple assault, and reckless endangerment, Slate Belt Regional Police wrote in a release.  The neighbor claimed to police that on April 13, Overpeck walked onto her property, pulled a gun from a holster, and pointed it at her, the department said.
