Philly Corner Store Sells $3 Million Scratch-Off
A Pennsylvania Lottery player in Philadelphia hit it big with a scratch-off ticket this week, say state gaming officials. The unnamed player won $3 million in the Snow Bank Scratch-Off on Wednesday, March 8, the Pennsylvania Lottery said. The vendor, Sunny Cigarette at 6447 Sackett Street in Mayfair, is now in line to receive a $10,000 bonus for selling the lucky ticket.
