Grieving Sister Says Philly Area Brother Was Murdered Days Before 38th Birthday Loved ones are collecting donations for the Hatboro man shot and killed during an altercation with a neighbor on Saturday, June 8.  Stephen Strassburg was found with multiple gunshot wounds in the parking lot of Razor Reese's Salon and Spa, authorities have said. He was taken to Abington Hospital where he died from his injuries.  The DA's Office believes Strassburg was shot by Maurice Byrd, the owner of Razor Reese's, while Byrd was on the phone with 911 dispatchers. Barber Fires 7 Shots, Kills Neighbor While On Phone With Dispatchers, Montco DA Says A barber calling police on his neighbor shot and killed him while on the phone with dispatchers, authorities in Montgomery County said. Stephen Strassburg, of Hatboro, was on the phone with dispatchers when 41-year-old Maurice Byrd shot him just before 6 p.m. on Saturday, June 8, Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin R. Steele said.
