Man Keys Victim's Car, Threatens To 'Put Bullet In His Skull,' Warrington PD Says A Warrington man is charged with terroristic threats and harassment, according to township police.  Authorities said Mateusz Andrzejczuk keyed another man's car at the Westminster Apartments late on May 10, carving anti-semitic and homophobic slurs into the door and trunk.  Police said the incident was caught on video and the damage was estimated at $3,643.22.  Andrzejczuk is also accused of "threatening to put a bullet in his skull," authorities said.  His bail was set at 10 percent of $10,000 and his preliminary hearing is set for June 10, court record…
