I-95 Crash Leads To Lane Restriction In Bucks County Authorities are responding to a multi-vehicle crash on Interstate 95.  It happened around 11 a.m. in the northbound lanes about 1.5 miles north of Exit 32 (Academy Road/Linden Avenue), according to PennDOT.  A lane restriction is in effect, officials said.
