PA Supreme Court Upholds Death Sentence Of Police Officer's Killer The Pennsylvania Supreme Court on Wednesday again upheld the death sentence of a Bucks County man convicted of killing a police officer over a decade ago, authorities said. Robert Anthony Flor, 54, fatally shot Newtown Borough police officer Brian Gregg on Sept. 29, 2005, while at St. Mary Medical Center in Middletown Township, according to the Bucks County District Attorney's Office.
