Drunk Pottstown Driver Crashes On Route 422 In ChesCo, Police Say A drunk driver who crashed her car into a Route 422 guardrail is facing several charges, police said. Officers responded to the eastbound side of the highway near mile marker 171.6 around 7:45 p.m. on March 22, where a white Chevrolet Equinox had hit a guide-rail head on, North Coventry police said. Sandy Zazueta, 35, of Pottstown, was the sole occupant and driver of the car, police said. Zazueta was taken into custody for suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol, authorities sayd.
