Black Bear Spotted In Bucks County Neighborhood Authorities in Perkasie Borough are warning residents to keep an eye out for a black bear.  Borough police said the bear was spotted on N. 5th Street between West Callowhill Street and Blooming Glen Road on Friday afternoon, Sept. 15.
